Corridors

Community associations and local governments apply to be part of the Corridor Housing Initiative by submitting a letter of interest. Instructions for applying are available on the Center for Neighborhoods web site. In Phase 1 all corridors were from Minneapolis. In Phase 2 the program is being extended to St. Paul and suburban areas in the Twin Cities. Corridors to date include:

West Broadway
Standish Ericsson Neighborhood Association (SENA)
38th Street and Chicago Avenue
Central Avenue
