The Corridor Housing Initiative involved a number of people from the Design Center.
Ann Forsyth was the Principal Investigator for the Design Center portion of the project. Gretchen Nicholls of the Center for Neighborhoods first proposed the Initiative, and was the key convenor, assisted by Beth Munnich, the Initiative's coordinator in Phase 1. In terms of input into materials developed by the Design Center, several team members from other organizations had an important role. In particular, Tom Leighton from the City of Minneapolis came up with the idea of the block exercise and Sarah Huss from the Central Community Housing Trust figured out the real estate pro forma for that exercise. Alan Arthur of CCHT then converted the pro forma into a faster format.
At the Design Center those involved in the work of the corridor included, in addition to Ann Forsyth, Jill Bezecny, Peter Brown, Nathan Burt, Anna Christiansen, Matt Finn, Frank Fitzgerald, Jennifer Graham, Tom Hilde, Amanda Johnson, Chelsa Johnson, Lindsey Johnson, Ian Kaminski-Coughlin, Sam Kellerman, Joel Koepp, Malia Lee, David Lowe, Dan Marckel, Mindy Michael, Richard Milgrom, Nancy Miller, Wira Noeradi, Whitney Parks, Kristin Raab, Joanne Richardson, Allison Rockwell, Jorge Salcedo, Katherine Thering, Lukas Van Sistine, and Eve Wolf.
