Rice Street
The Rice Street corridor in St. Paul focuses on the area between Larpenteur Avenue and University Avenue on Rice Street. With the City’s “Invest St. Paul” and a renewed excitement to address many of the vacant and blighted property along Rice Street, the Corridor Housing Initiative process created energy within the neighborhood. The CHI team partnered with Sparc, District 6, and St. Paul Planning and Economic Development to explore development opportunities along the corridor.
